He is survived by: his sons, Luke Blevins and Jason Blevins (Faith); his siblings, Dale Blevins (Betty), Pat Roland (John) and Brenda Vandalister; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne McGhee and Katie Blevins. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
