He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fred Jarvis and Elsie Osborne Jarvis; and his son-in-law Larry Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Robbins Jarvis; his daughters, Betty Umbarger (Roger), Sherry Tilson (Johnny) and Beverly Cannon; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Robbins, Wilma Powers (Wade) and Jacqueline Richardson (Eddie). He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his church family.
