She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alex Kell and Margaret Francis Sexton Kell; her husband Bobby Runyon; and her sister Jean Kell Morgan. She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Runyon, Jr. (Beth) and Gary Runyon (Phyllis); her grandchildren, Sherri Rector, Cindy Matney, Steve Odum, Steve Smith and Ben Smith; and her brother George Kell (Willine). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the South Fork Baptist Church Cemetery (215 S Fork Rd, Marion, VA 24354).
