He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Levine and Helen Levine; and his brother Stephen Levine. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mullin Levine; his children, Andrew Levine (Mary) and Molly Tiet (Danny); his granddaughter Abigail Levine; his siblings, Marsha Kane (Bill) and Richard Levine (Dorothy); and his sister-in-law Andrea Levine.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center, in honor of the care Barry received and in hope for others facing the same fight.
