He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Cornwell and Ethel Pearson Cornwell. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anne Ashby Cornwell; his children, Becky Cornwell of Marshall and Eric Matthew Cornwell (Val) of Marshall; and his sister Nancy Gregg of Orlean.
