With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Franklin Kerns Jr. of Marshall, Virginia, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, David Franklin Kerns, Sr. and Betty Anne Wright Kerns; and his brother-in-law Emery St. Clair, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Sandra J. Kerns; his daughters, Julie Bateman and Jennifer L. Kerns; his siblings, Ronald Kerns and Debra A. Omohundro (Bruce); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Coffey (James), Marianne Crouch (Eddie), Angela Cook (Rick) and Rowland St. Clair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
