She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Thomas and Mildred Thomas; her son Henry L. Baltimore, Jr.; her nephew Walter Baltimore; her siblings, Edith Jett, Christine Payne, Rebecca Thomas-Gray and Beverly Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Eva Swann, Douglas Baltimore and John Swann.
She is survived by : her husband Henry L. Baltimore; her daughters, Ida Baltimore-Morris (DeWayne) of Rapidan, VA and Camilla Baltimore of Marshall, VA.; her grandsons, Andrew Baltimore and Devin Jones; her nieces and nephews, Douglas Baltimore, Howard Baltimore, Robin Turner and Rose Grigsby; her sisters, Frances Turner, Debbie Weedon (Joe) and Nellie Thomas; and her sisters-in-law, Delores Lacy, Kathryn Carter (Walter), Ida Caison (William), Patsy Edmonds (Marion) and Priscilla Thomas.
