He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Henry Zentz and Dora Mae Zentz Black; his grandson Joshua Farmer; and his siblings, Jessie Zentz, Dorothy Burnette, Marjorie Ramsey, Ruth Brezina, Johnny Zentz and Von J. Black.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Gail Sams Zentz; his children, Clint Robert Zentz (Coryn), Rita Gail Farmer (Mark), Clay William Zentz (Sheila) and Lisa Ann Dishmon (Dave); his grandchildren, Jordon Zentz (Emily), Noah Zentz, Jacob Farmer, Nick Zentz, Kailee Williams (Colton), Ryan Dishmon, Logan Dishmon and Cooper Zentz; and his great grandchildren, Haisley Farmer and Jackson Zentz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
