It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Louise Heflin of Marshall, Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Webre and Martha Williams Webre. She is survived by : her husband Bruce Heflin; her children, Cynthia Balacco, Teresa Lynn Heflin (Jason Mullins) and Bruce Douglas Heflin, Jr. (Samantha Butler); her siblings, Maria Ward, Christopher and Timothy Webre; and her grandchildren, Rayven Balacco, Anthony Balacco, Kaylee Heflin and Levi Heflin.
