Wilson W. Ramey Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2025, at the age of 85, Wilson W. Ramey Jr. of Marshall, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilson W. Ramey Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Warren Ramey and Josephine Bragg Ramey; his brother Everett'Bub'Ramey; and his stepdaughter Debbie Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Pat Ramey; his children, Charles Kevin Ramey (Rhonda Dee Jenkins) and Stephanie Butler (Greg); his siblings, Elizabeth Ramey, Joan Brubaker and Lynn Coppage (Haywood); his grandchildren, Andy Butler (Haleigh), Corey Butler (Amanda), Nathan Butler (Manda), Adam Ramey (Victoria), Amanda Ramey, Ashleigh Ramey Glorioso (Glen), Caleb Ramey and Mason Ramey; his stepsons, Tony Peyton and Howard Peyton (Bitsy); and his stepgrandchildren, Wil and Alexa. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Bright View Cemetery (8265 Lunsford Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fauquier County youth athletic programs.
