She is survived by: her husband James Ernest Townsend; her children, Mary Jane McKinney (Earl), Guy Townsend (Carol) and Charles Townsend (Ann); and her grandchildren, James Townsend (Lucy), Christina Townsend Angeles (Ramon), JP Mathes, Eric Townsend and Benjamin Townsend (Molly). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
