He was predeceased by: his father Charles E. Turner, Sr.; and his siblings, Gwen Reid, Audrey Penn and Charles Turner, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Marie Koger Turner; his wife Sheila Thomas Turner; his sons, Terrence Turner (Lauren) and Tevin Turner; and his granddaughter Gabrielle Turner.
