She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernardo Arzayus and Rosa Elena Dias Arzayus; and her husband Luis Carlos Barberena. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Barberena, Maria Claudia Vasquez and Isabel Barberena. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
