He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Dameron and Eva Dameron; his wife Patricia Lang Dameron; and his son Douglas Andrew Dameron. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Russell Dameron and Julie Dameron Fogle (John); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Avery and Alistair; and his siblings, Sylvia Vaden and John Preston Dameron. He is also survived by father and doting grandfather, his family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Collins-McKee-Stone Funeral Chapel (109 Broad St, Martinsville, VA 24112). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Starling Avenue Baptist Church (932 Starling Ave, Martinsville, VA 24112).
