He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie William Foster and Ruby Francis Vaughn Foster; and his daughter Ashlee Renay Foster. He is survived by: his sons, Dustin William Foster (Tonya) and Joshua David Foster; his sister Rhonda Foster Handy (John S. Tobler); his sibling's children, Cassandra Dawn Foster and Christopher William Tobler; and his close friend Veronica Elaine Swinney Foster.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Service Chapel (1425 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112).
