He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lawrence Fulcher and Ann Russelline Stewart Fulcher. He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell R. Fulcher (Charlotte) of Bassett and Lawra Ann Custer (Robbie) of Bassett; his siblings' children, Heather Dawn Lawrence Fulcher of Fieldale, Beau Giles Custer (Hannah) of Bassett and Dr. Buzz James Custer of Ridgeway, Virginia.; his uncle Dr. Hugh H. Morgan of Athens, Georgia; his adoptive parent Cheyenne (Katy Surber); and his friend Judd Parker of Minot.
