He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilson Belcher, Sr. and Ora Parcell Belcher; his wife Roxie Ann Mills Belcher; his daughter Donna Kay Belcher; and his siblings, Ruth Davidson and Lynwood Belcher.
He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Belcher (Carol); and his niece Susan Gardner (Bobby). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
