He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harvey Allen and Doris Wells Allen; and his wife Loretta Allen. He is survived by: his children, R. Michael Allen (Jill) and Penny Williams (Max); his grandchildren, Hunter, Erin, Jared, Lauren and Sydney; and his siblings, Glenn Allen (Patricia), Carroll "Shorty" Allen, Janet Merricks, Betty Fleming, Hazel Allen and Kathy Grice (Fred). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
