He was predeceased by: his grandmother Audrey Elizabeth Nester; and his great-grandparent Franklin Haywood Epperson. He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Willard and Kaleigh Elizabeth Scott Willard; his brothers, Hunter Willard, Westyn Willard and Corbin Willard; his grandparents, Lori Nowlin (Mitch), David Scott (Pamela), Timothy "Tim" Willard, Sr. and Kim Willard; his aunts and uncles, Candice Willard (Tee Fulcher), Brianna Stone (Daniel), Timothy "Tim" Willard, Jr. (Sarah) and Justin Scott; and his cousins, Lillian Scott, Ezra Scott, Maddie Brown, Gracie Brown, Waylon Willard, Haddie Bee Willard, Elliana Stone and Isaac Stone.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (3339 Virginia Ave, Collinsville, VA 24078). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
