He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Gilbert Allen and Shirley Mae Draper Allen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Spencer Allen; his stepchildren, Sharon A. Dillon and Toney Seay; his siblings, Sherri Washburn and Marvin Allen; his stepbrothers, David Agee, Billy Agee and Ricky Agee; his aunt Nancy Draper; and his uncle Frank Draper. He is also survived by 10 step-grandchildren; 20 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
