He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Johnson and Grovene DeMott Johnson; and his stepson Robert Gregory Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Atkins Johnson; his daughters, Robin Hammond (Kristian) and Lisa J. Greer; his stepson James Daniel Taylor (Maureen); his sister Judy Johnson Yates (Mike); his grandchildren, Chance Hammond, Declan Hammond, Ryan Taylor and Travis Taylor (Kerri-Ann); and his great grandchildren, Kade, Myles and Haze.
