With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hazel Riddle Wells of Martinsville, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Elmore Riddle and Beulah Eanes Riddle; and her siblings, Landon "Buck" Riddle, Lewis Riddle and Belva Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Wilson (Bob) and Melody Wells; her granddaughters, Lindsay van Wijgerden (Gijs) and Brittney Dillon (Chris); her great grandchildren, Waverly, Ellis van Wijgerden, Mary Carson Dillon and Beau Dillon; and her sister Margaret Cassell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in memory of Hazel to the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Rd, Dobson, NC 27017, in gratitude for the compassionate care she received there.
