He was predeceased by: his father Jim Adams; and his siblings, Eugene Fountain and Marian Tinsley. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Fountain Adams; his children, Johnathan Adams of Martinsville, VA, Joshua Adams of Fernandina Beach, FL and Kimori Adams of Martinsville, VA; and his brothers, James Adams (Peggy) of Axton, VA and Perry Adams (Jennifer) of Ridgeway, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
