It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Hall Jr. (Martinsville, Virginia), who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James D. Hall, Sr. and Frances Walker Thomas; his sisters, Toya "Wewe" Thomas and Melissa "Missy" Hairston; his grandparents, Marshal and Dorothy Walker, Sr.; his aunt Jacqueline "Jackie" Devin; and his uncle Marshal Walker, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Tamara M. Hall; his children, Brittany K. Hughes of Martinsville, VA, Keona S. Ingram of Martinsville, VA, Indya Moore of Raleigh, N. C. and Christopher D. Hughes of Martinsville, VA; his stepchildren, Cameron Turner of Martinsville, VA, Larry Perkins of Martinsville, VA, Derrick M. Waller of Martinsville, VA, Antonio Beal of Martinsville, VA and Daisha Beal; his siblings, Angela Carter of Upper Marlboro, MD, Sabrina Carter of Upper Marlboro, MD and Mario Hall of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his stepmother Lourdes Hall. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
