He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Richard Spencer (Kenyatta), Jason Thomas Spencer (Samantha) and Justin Patrick Spencer (Christy); and his grandchildren, Harley Spencer, Brayden Spencer, Joshua Spencer (Shamorrow), Joel Spencer and Will Green.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Services (1500 Kings Mountain Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
