He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Eanes; his sister Renae Eanes Smith; and his grandparents, Earl, Bailey Eanes and Pearl Merriman.

He is survived by: his mother Betty Ann Merriman Eanes; and his aunts and uncles, Benny Merriman (Beatrice), Ray Merriman, Kay Ratcliff (Eddie) and Frances Merriman.
