He is survived by: his children, James Ray Bailey, Sheryl Lynn Gabrielle (Kevin), Stuart Kenton Bailey (Carolyn), Matthew Joseph Bailey, Jennifer Bailey Guthrie (Edmund) and Patrice Noel Biegar (William); his grandchildren, Meg, Connor, Emma, Hunter, Shannon, Katie, Caroline, Samantha, Christian, Andrew and Ethan; and his daughter Denise Campbell Lowe. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
