He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Andrew Woods and Dorothy Elizabeth O'Dell. He is survived by: his wife Angela Smith Woods; his children, Tina Woods-Crenshaw (Bradley) and Dorsey "Dos" Randolph Woods (Brittany); his brother Jerry Andrew Woods (Loraine); and his grandchildren, Katie Anne-Hope Woods and Emerson Leigh Woods.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Service Chapel (1425 Greensboro Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the One Accord Baptist Church (3630 Kings Mountain Rd, Martinsville, VA 24112).
