He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Brooks, Sr. and Sarah Brown Brooks; and his siblings, Connie Brooks, Laverne Brooks and Ed Brooks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Willis (Edward) and Michelle Pritchett (Willie); and his siblings, Willie Mae Harris (Peter), Carolyn Faye Witcher (Charlie) and Donald Brooks (Sharon). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family.
