He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Penn; his sons, Robert L. Penn, Jr. of Martinsville, VA and Anthony J. Penn of Martinsville, VA; his stepchildren, Sean Thomas of Patrick County, VA and Jutuan Thomas of Bassett, VA; and his siblings, Dorothy Glenn (Harry) of Ridgeway, VA, Robin Reynolds (Richard) of Ridgeway, VA, Bobby Penn (Kathaleen) of Martinsville, VA and David Penn (Vivan) of Ridgeway, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the CDC, a face covering, and social distancing is required.
