Menges, Jr. of Gloucester, VA; her nieces, Catherine, Rebecca and Elizabeth; her brother Charles L. Menges (Penelope W. Kyle) of Richmond, VA; her nibling Kyle; her daughters, Whitley and Patricia Lee; Debi Helseth (Glenn Helseth) of Williamsburg. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
