She is survived by: her children, Donna Kay Akins (Gary) of Cobbs Creek, VA and Douglas Scott Diggs (April) of Cobbs Creek, VA; her grandson Ryan Scott Chriscoe (Keith) of Buckhead, GA; her sister Bonnie Sue Smith (Allen); and her nieces, Jenny and Mindy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Mathews County Volunteer Fire Department or the Mathews Rescue Squad.
