He is survived by: his son Stephen Blaine Callis; his mother Carolyn Hudgins Pugh; his stepsiblings, Suzanne Anderson (Robert) and Milton Pugh (Cherie); his aunt Lou Anne Callis; and his uncle Ronald Callis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
