He is survived by : his wife Peggy; his children, Regina Buzard (Max) of Sutherlin, Virginia and Ralph Leigh (Janet) of Montross, Virginia; his grandsons, Brandon Walden (Crystal) and Benjamin Buzard; his great grandchild Juliana Buzard; and his brothers, Ellis Leigh and Leon Leigh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
