He is survived by: his wife Kristina May Moyer Long; his daughter Lindsey Parker (David); his grandchildren, Luke, Stella and Isla; his daughter Chandler Long (Will); his grandchildren, Campbell and Quinn Rogers; his daughter Meredith Sherman (Greg); his grandchildren, William and Paige; and his sister Anne Long.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Salem Church, Gwynn's Island Church of the Nazarene, or the Mathews Volunteer Rescue Squad.
