He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Martha Burleson and Daryl Forrest. He is survived by : his wife Stefany Forrest; his parents, Tammy Forrest and Les Forrest; his stepmother Sonya Forrest; his siblings, Jaylyn Emerson and Tyler Forrest; his grandparents, Gene Statler, Donna Statler and Linda Forrest; his parents-in-law, Tony and Jackie Maybury; and his niece A'mya Lindsay. He is also survived by many aunts uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Reinhart Guest House, 1100 Libbie Ave, Richmond, Virginia 23226.
