She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Cox and Emma Cox. She is survived by : her husband David Columbus Belcher III; her daughters, Regina Christine Monile (Joseph) and Rebecca Ann Webb; her grandchildren, Nathan McCoy, Joseph Monile III (Priscilla), Cheyann Christine Allen, Angela Jane Webb and Jacob Adam Webb; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Noah and Ian. She is also survived by three siblings; and numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions in Emma's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
