She is survived by: her children, Eric Pugh, Allison (Michael Holston), Melissa (Doug Johnson) and Elaine Akers; her brother Denny (Lynn Fowler); her grandchildren, Shannon Reeves, Joshua Hall, Micah Akers, Stephanie Holston, Tiffany Gumby, Cheyenne Johnson and Arizona Johnson; her cousin Susan Fulford; and her close friend Betty Cassell. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Barnett Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
