She was predeceased by: her husband Danny S. Lawson; and her brother Phillip Viars. She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Naomi Moore Viars; her children, Adam Lawson (Molly) and Bailey Lawson; her brother Eddie Viars (Patty); her nieces, Sheena Chaffin (Richard) and Kendra Janssen (JJ); and her great-nieces, McKenna and Kendall.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barnett Funeral Home (325 Church St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery (5662 E Lee Hwy, Max Meadows, VA 24360).
