With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marsha Worrell Bishop of Max Meadows, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Worrell and Gloria Dillon Worrell. She is survived by: her husband Ricky Bishop; her children, Stacy Gravley (Angela Peacher), Angela (Brian Parkhurst) and Fred; her daughter-in-law Sarah Gravley of Barren Springs, VA; her grandson Jeb Gravley; her brothers, Mike (Darlene Worrell) and Aaron (Ann Worrell); and her brother-in-law Jimmy Bishop of Max Meadows. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reese Funeral Home (2214 Austinville Rd, Austinville, VA 24312). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Sanders Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Reese Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
