Rudy will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Rudy by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Rudy is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Rudy’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Neese and Martha Rudy Neese. He is survived by: his wife Connie Neese; his daughters, Kasey (David Crockett) and Katie (Derek Alexander); his grandchildren, Tanner Crockett, Ty Crockett and Casen Alexander; and his brother Bill Hubble.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Chiswell Church of God (1193 Fort Chiswell Rd, Max Meadows, VA 24360). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Bethany Community Church Cemetery (1384 Lead Mine Rd, Austinville, VA 24312).
