She was predeceased by: her parents, Jordon Bishop and Mary Viars Bishop; her husband Oakley Fariss; her son-in-law Kyle Nester; and her siblings, Claude "Snowball" Bishop, Clyde Bishop, Luther Bishop, Infant Berlene Bishop, Hazel Alley, Lorraine Sayers and Brenda Sue "Susie" Stuart.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Nester of Max Meadows, VA.; her brothers, Richard "Dick Joe" (Sue Bishop) and James C "Buggy" (Nancy Bishop); her grandchildren, Pamela "Nisey", Adam Ball of Grahams Forge, VA, Richie and Kasey Nester of Fort Chiswell, VA.; her great grandchildren, Ryan Ball, Jenna Ball, Payton Nester and Jaxson Nester; and her siblings-in-law, David Sayers and Maxine Pickett. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and many extended family & close friends.
