She was predeceased by: her husband Ronalds Phillips; her daughter Joyce Scarberry; and her siblings, Mary Coleman, Frank and Hubert Lester.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Phillips (Missy) of Looney Creek, VA, Mark Phillips (Gwen) of Breaks, VA, Shannon Scarberry, Kayla Phillips Hill, Austin Phillips, Christian Phillips Bailey and Chandler Phillips; and her grandchildren, Madalynn Hill, Nevaeh Hill, Amelia Hill, Bryson Bailey, Adalee Bailey, Daxton Endicott and Tatum O'Quinn. She is also survived by sister.
