He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Swiney (Danny) of Maxie, VA and Johnny Dye (Debbie) of Maxie, VA; his grandchildren, Crystal Dye of Maxie, VA, Adam Swiney (Amy) of Bluefield, VA and Matthew Swiney (Selania Sesco) of Vansant, VA; his sisters, Janice Meyers of The Villages, FL and Frances Engstrom of Portland, OR; and his sister-in-law Brenda Dye of Chesapeake, VA..
