She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosser Stuart and Twila Lee Hicklin (Phillips); her husband Junior Nelson Neil; her son Leonard "Ham" J. Neil; and her siblings, Rosser Lee Hicklin, Martha Jenkins, Gladys Sue Howdyshell, Marie Eisenhower and Lucy Howdyshell.
She is survived by: her children, Wanda Roberts (Grady Jr.) and Danny Neil (Deena) of Williamsville; her daughter-in-law Lorie Neil; her grandchildren, Misty Nelson (Stephen), Jennifer Peters (Jeremy), Scottie Neil (Laci), Christina Botkin (Teddy), Nicole Neil, Ashley Neil and Adam Neil (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Brooke Jones, Cole Nelson, Baylee Peters, Peyton, Trevor Neil, Clayton Smith and Emmersyn Neil; and her great great grandchildren, Timber and Axtyn Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
