It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Richard Leap of McGaheysville, Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyce Gatewood Leap and Constance Roche Leap; and his parents-in-law, Hensel and Peggy Dean. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Dean "Terry" Leap; his sons, Philip Lantz of Gretna and Stevie Dean of Elkton; his brother Lance Leap (Megan Zimmerman) of Harrisonburg; his stepfather-in-law Michael Lohr; his brother-in-law Steven Dean of Elkton; and his pets, Smokey and Oreo.
