He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard "Buck" Greene and Caroline Anderson Greene Owens; and his siblings, John Greene, Richard "Dick" Greene, William "Billy" Greene, Martha Taylor and Rebecca "Becky" Miller.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Burner Greene; his children, Bobbie Jo Cole (Jamie), Joy Brown (Terry) and David Andrew Greene, Jr. (Beth Ann); his brother Douglas G. Greene; his grandchildren, Kait Hughes, Alexis Fletcher, Colin Zirkle, Ethan Cole, Alyssa Greene, Lane Cole, Wyatt Cole and Jacob Greene; and his great grandchild Oaklee Fletcher.
