She was predeceased by : her parents, Eldridge Jenkins and Juanita Furr Jenkins. She is survived by : her spouse Hershall B. Lam, Jr.; her children, Damon Lam (Maria Moruno Delicado) of Charleston, SC, Eric Lam (Stephanie) of Grottoes, David Lam (Meghann) of Keezletown and Denise Kolar (David) of Salem; and her sister Diana Hisey (Robert) of Mountain View, CA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Mt. Olive Brethren Church, 2977 Pineville Road, McGaheysville, VA 22840.
