She was predeceased by: her husband James West; her parents, Andrew Diggle and Dorothea Diggle; and her sisters, Patricia Haynes and Martha Pallo.
She is survived by: her son James West, II (Renn); her grandchildren, Seamus and Ashley West; her daughter Kristine Tutkus (Michael); her grandchildren, Logan West and Kyla Tutkus; and her siblings, Rosalie Russell, Wanda Hinkle and Joseph Diggle (Shirley). She is also survived by numerous stepchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Sentara RMH Hospice.
