She was predeceased by: her parents, Inell Harper Williams and James Carter Johnson, Sr.; her husband Collie L. Ribbon, Sr.; her stepfather Elester Williams Sr.; her siblings, James C. Johnson Jr., Ann Meyers and Christine Williams; and her aunts and uncles, Gaydee Morris, Jessie Knowlin, James "Fatman" Harper and John "Pete" Harper Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Taylor (Robert) of Dinwiddie, Audrey Stokes (Millis) of Emporia, Barbara Patterson (Kenneth Sr.) of Chester, Ricardo, Collie Jr. (Constance) of Dinwiddie and Michael Sr. of Petersburg; her siblings, Barbara Williams and Elester Williams Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Boone (George) of Richmond and Geraldine Ribbon of Mechanicsville; and her grandchildren, Jamaal Ribbon of Dinwiddie, Earl Baskerville of Petersburg, Monique Ribbon of Spotsylvania, Michael Ribbon Jr. of San Diego, CA, Brittany Ribbon of Dinwiddie, Niara Eans (Brandon) of Killeen, TX, Jamarye Taylor of Dinwiddie, Kenneth Patterson Jr. of Chester, Cory and Jorin Ribbon of Chester, VA.. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
